Every order is processed after it is confirmed. We confirm orders by phone, SMS or WhatsApp. Orders paid by bank transfer are confirmed once your payment is verified.
Delivery times
Delivery time starts after your order is confirmed and depends on your location, product availability and the courier.

Shipping charges
- Charges depend on the product and your delivery location.
- The exact amount is shown at checkout before you place your order. No surprise charges at your door.
- Free delivery may be available on selected products and promotions.
- Remote areas may have an additional delivery charge.

When your parcel arrives
Delays & failed delivery
We always aim to deliver on time, but delays can happen because of weather, strikes, public holidays or courier issues. We will keep you updated.
Wrong or incomplete address
This may cause the delivery to fail.
Phone not reachable
If we or the courier cannot reach you on your phone number, the order may be cancelled.
Help us deliver on time: enter your full address with house number, street, area and a nearby landmark, and use a phone number you will answer.
Changing your address
You can change your delivery address or cancel your order before it is dispatched. Message us on WhatsApp 0308-7534266 with your order number as soon as possible.
Wholesale deliveries
Bulk orders are processed after confirmation and advance payment. Large orders may arrive in parts. Message us on WhatsApp for wholesale prices.
